Technique: Post Production Portrait Glow

My favorite images to make are portraits. Working in post production offers a tremendous amount of creativity when interpreting an image for commercial representation – such as the image to the right of Portland, Oregon based Singer & Songwriter Rebecca Sanborn.

I have been asked to share the post production techniques I used to achieve this particular look and feel for her album promotion and portraits – which I produced waaay back in CS3. Feel free to download the .pdf  hand-out below to get an introduction to the techniques used – and by all means combine them with your own! This particular combination will need adjustment when working with various skin types.

To learn more about Erika’s Photoshop work-flow and output techniques – check out upcoming workshops in May or consider a “Just You in June” one-on-one self directed workshop.
